Black Mama’s Be Well: “Holding You”
May 21 @ 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM
Black Mama’s Be Well: “Holding You” is a virtual postpartum support space created to center the well-being of Black mothers and birthing people during the tender season of life with a new baby.
From February 12 through April 2, 2026, we’ll gather weekly in a supportive, affirming virtual space to slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and build sustainable foundations for life after birth. Together, we’ll explore tools for grounding your nervous system, navigating identity shifts, holding space for grief and joy, and creating a personalized well-being plan that fits real life with a baby.
This group is for postpartum moms/birthing people who want to feel supported in mind, body, and soul—because you were never meant to do this alone.
🕖 Thursdays | 7:00–8:30 PM💻 Virtual sessions + in-person celebration✨ Facilitated by Ronda Smith Branch, BA, NBC-HWC, FSD Well-Being Coach + Postpartum Doula, Worthy of Well Being Wellness
