Frizz Fest 2025 Community Partner Requirements
September 20
- Frizz Fest will be held on Saturday September 20th, 2025 from 12pm-7pm in Tower Grove Park
- Address: 3817 Main Dr. Near Grand Ave Entrance St. Louis, MO 63110
- Must ensure you are creating a safe, inclusive, and joyful space!
- Must provide own vendor table (standard size 6 ft table is recommended)
- A canopy for your table is required (no bigger than 10′ x 10′)
- Must provide own chairs
- Arrive to event location between 9:00am-9:15am on September 20th, 2025 for set-up (or you will not be able to vend)
- Must stay full duration of the event from set-up to breakdown, approx. 10:00am – 8:00pm
- Ability to set-up and clean-up your station without assistance from Frizz Fest staff
- Please bring helpers!
- No power sources provided at the park or by the Frizz Fest Team
- Main Drive will not be accessible during breakdown
- Frizzy By Nature, LLC and/or any member of the Frizz Fest staff are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Load-In Instructions
- Load In at Assigned Time using the Arsenal Entrance and the Parking Instructions Provided.
- Must have Parking Pass to Enter: Parking Pass
- Park in Vendor Parking – Note: NO DRIVING ON GRASS
- Check In at Blooming Biz Tent
- Unload Vehicle, Fully Set Up, and be ready to go by 11:30am
*NOTE: RESERVED PARKING PASSES WILL NOT ALLOW ENTRY AFTER 11:00AM!!*
Load-Out Instructions
- Load out no sooner than 7:00pm
- NO DRIVING ON GRASS
- Load vehicles.
- Safely exit Northeast Drive. This is a one way street that will lead you out of the park.
*NOTE: RESERVED PARKING PASSES WILL NOT BE ALLOWED FOR ANYONE COMING BACK TO HELP LOAD. THEY WILL NEED TO FIND PARKING IN THE PARK OR ON SURROUNDING STREETS
