This free, drop-in class covers the basics of latch, positioning, building supply, and what to expect in the early weeks — plus real talk with other parents in your community.
The Doula Lab centers Black birthing families and families across Southern Illinois and the St. Louis Metro — including families on Medicaid, first-time parents, and anyone who has felt dismissed or rushed by a traditional healthcare setting.
Lactation support here is community care, not a checklist.
