You submit your inquiry

A coordinator reaches out within 7–10 business days
Someone from our team will contact you by phone, text, or email — whichever you prefer — to introduce themselves and answer any early questions.
You have a consultation
We schedule a free consultation to learn more about you, your pregnancy, your goals, and what kind of support would serve your family best.
Coverage gets verified
If you have Medicaid or other insurance, our team works to verify your benefits and identify any grant or program funding that may apply to your care.
You sign a service agreement
Once everything is confirmed, we'll send a simple service agreement outlining your support plan, your doula match, and what's included.
You get portal access
You'll receive login credentials for The Doula Lab community portal — your home base for messaging your doula, accessing resources, and tracking your journey.
