Frequently Asked Questions
When should I take this class?
Ideally in your third trimester, but it's valuable at any stage — even after your baby arrives. The earlier you build your support plan, the better.
Is this a mental health class?
It's a wellness and education class, not therapy. We cover mental health topics including postpartum depression and anxiety, and connect you with resources — but this is not a substitute for clinical care.
Can my partner attend?
Yes, and we encourage it. Partners play a huge role in postpartum recovery and benefit from understanding what to expect.
What if the class is full?
Join the waitlist. We add new sessions regularly and notify waitlist members first.
