Classroom Navigation Guide
Everything you need to know to navigate the Doula Lab virtual classroom — from logging in for the first time to submitting assignments and tracking your progress.
Student Guide

Go to the login page
Visit doulalab.org/community/login and enter the email address and password you were given during enrollment.

First-time setup
If this is your first login, you'll be directed to the Account Setup page. Complete all three steps: choose a new password, set security questions, and confirm your profile.

Complete onboarding
New students must finish the Onboarding Checklist before accessing the classroom. You'll be redirected automatically. The five required steps are: Photo ID upload, Background Screening, NDA signature, Portal Account Setup, and HIPAA Training (watch at least 95% of the video).
If you forgot your password, click "Forgot password?" on the login page and a reset link will be sent to your email.

If you're locked out, can't find a week, or have a technical issue, reach out to your instructor or the Doula Lab admin team.
